Our sandalwood from Indonesia - Santalum austrocaledonicum, heartwood powder, warm and creamy, one of the most grounding materials we work with.

All Haus of Calm incense is hand-rolled in Japan using traditional artisan techniques
Each stick burns for approximately 30 minutes, releasing a refined, low-smoke aroma designed to gently scent your space without heaviness.
Crafted using natural ingredients and traditional methods, our incense is made to support slow, intentional moments throughout the day.
Botanicals
HINOKI
Chamaecyparis obtusa — Various prefectures, Japan
Hinoki is Japan's most treasured timber. Steam-distilled from heartwood grown across multiple Japanese prefectures, it is clean, bright and quietly invigorating. For centuries it has been central to Japanese bathing and purification rituals — the feeling of a cedar forest after rain, pulled into a single breath.
SANDALWOOD
Santalum austrocaledonicum — Indonesia
Warm, creamy and deeply grounding. Sandalwood heartwood powder has been used for centuries to steady the mind and create a sense of ease and presence. It has a quality that is almost impossible to manufacture — a soft, creamy warmth that slows the nervous system without dulling it. Ours is sourced from Indonesia, ground from the heartwood into a fine powder that releases slowly and evenly as it burns.
In Connect it is the calm centre. The thing that holds.
MIXED SPICES
Clove, Cinnamon, Spikenard — Multi-origin
The layer that gives Connect its quiet complexity. Clove adds a gentle warmth, cinnamon a subtle sweetness, spikenard something deeper and more grounding beneath it all. Together they are the part of this scent that stays with you — the warmth that lingers in a room long after the stick has finished burning.

Care and Directions
Place the incense stick into a stable heat-resistant holder.
Light the tip and allow the flame to burn for a few seconds before gently blowing it out, leaving the ember to softly smoulder and the scent to rise.
Always burn in a well-ventilated area, away from drafts and flammable materials.
Never leave burning incense unattended.
Keep out of reach of children and pets and delicate surfaces.
