Our incense is crafted with care and intention. Each box a considered object, made to be opened and experienced.
Because of the personal nature of scent, all Haus of Calm incense and fragrance products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. In the rare instance that a product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@hausofcalm.com.au with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
